Wild Mushroom Tacos or

Duck Tacos
Paired with Maudite-The Damned One, was the first strong beer to be distributed in Quebec grocery stores in 1992. It is also the first beer brewed in America that improves with age. Maudite is reminiscent of the legend of the Chasse- Galerie (the legend of the Flying Canoe). Legend has it that a group of lumberjacks struck a deal with the devil to fly home in their canoes, guided by Satan himself, to make it home in time for Christmas. They were never seen again.

Spicy Braised Daikon and Bok Choy with Coconut Rice or

Frog Legs over Coconut Rice

Paired with Sly Fox Odyssey- an Imperial IPA which is brewed with all the different hops used for the IPA Project, an annual series of varietal IPAs offered throughout the year. Odyssey is medium-bodied and (obviously) hoppy, with pleasant alcohol hints in the nose and finish. 8.4%

Smores Sundae- Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate Graham Cracker and Marshmallow

Paired with Southern Tier Choklat-I wrote about this beer last month. Magical!
