That's one snazzy stout you got there....


Philly Beer Week is just around the corner and Philly is doing their finest to do it up right.
What I've noticed in the last few weeks, is that even upscale restaurants that you wouldn't think of as "beer destinations" are highlighting their taps.

I had a Sly Fox Saison Vos at XIX (Hyatt Bellevue) last week...
and just this week I find out they are using their beers to create confectionary art on a plate during the next month or so.....
