SLY FOX PIKELAND Pils is a media whore and I love it: Pils wins BEST Of Philly via Philadelphia Magazine

There are few local publications you will be able to pick up this week that don't mention Sly Fox Pikeland Pils. You better not get sick of reading about it (or drinking it).

This week Sly Fox pils was mentioned in the following mediums-=-

1. Craig Laban's Chat
.
It went something like this:
Chad C: Craig, I took your advice and bought a case of Sly Fox Pikeland Pils. It's a very good dry, hoppy beer. I'm buying more.

Craig: Chad - I'm glad to be right about something! Yes, that is a super beer.

Joey b: It's on tap at the brewery, Johnny Brendas and the South Philly Taproom

Craig: Great - now I have more places to go try it.

2. Laban will also make it his "pick of the week" it this Sunday in the Inquirer
3. Main Line Today announced it "Best beer on the Main Line"
and now
4. Philadelphia Inquirers "Neighbors" section which discussed the craft beer scene in Chester Co AND mentioned Sly Fox at least 3 times.

5. Philadelphia MAGAZINE has crowned it the best beer in Philadelphia 2008!

The article goes into some nice detail about the advantages of the can.
Ask for it at a Distributor near you.

Just think of all the possibilities. BEACH! GOLF! CAMPING! TAILGATING!
The Market Frankford Line on the way to Grey Lodge.....

Pikeland Pils kicks ass! I could drink a case on a hot day on the deck. Cans are great for traveling as well.

The second two sentences of that quote from the Laban chat were actually talking about Dock Street Rye IPA. JoeyB was trying to convince LaBan that it was better than Dogfish Head 60 Minute. There were two beer conversations going on at the same time.

Congrats on the Pikeland Pils love. I'm surprised the O'Reilly Stout doesn't get more. It was mentioned in the paper a couple times a while back, if I recall correctly, but I'm surprised it's not the toast of the city. Too many people married to Guinness I guess.
