Next Wednesday, In Pursuit of Ale will have a four course pairing at The Latest Dish.
Scott Schroeder (no relation to ricky but he does have blond hair) will be hooking us up with some rather fine fare.
I worked with the bar manager, Lori, on the line up....

*Steelhead Pale Ale
*We'll talk about how a belgian pale ale is totally different from an American Pale ale (kind of a duh) as well as women and brewing. The brewer at Steelhead was a woman for 13 years. follow her at roadbrewer.com
*Victory SAISON
*Sly Fox Pikeland Pils- Just won best of Philly.
*Orange Cream Ale- from Buffalo Bills- end the evening with a sweet treat.
We're going to keep it under $40 like last time.
But I have to cap it off at 12, so let me know if you want to come asap. They can make vegetarian options as well.
