Thursday, September 18th... Le Virtu's Luciana Spurio, whom Craig Laban deemed "the most talented cook" on Passyunk Ave," will prepare five courses that she has matched up with Sly Fox beers.
Born in a country will little to no brewing tradition...this was a neat opportunity for Spurio.
She's selected our Incubus Tripel, Octoberfest, 113, O'Reilly's Stout, Pilsner and Saison.
Even if you've enjoyed the beers before...I promise you you'll appreciate them even more as they share a table with Luciana's food.
*There will also be the last keg of Jasper Maibock that I know of pouring before and after dinner.
*Sly Fox beers will be $3 after dinner and the garden will be open for mingling.
*Weather permitting...some guests could even dine in their courtyard.
