I personally celebrated the last day of Porktoberfest with my very own Pork Loin.
I took a recipe from Brew Chef Tim (ale street news) and tweaked it a bit.
It was for a Fried Pork Loin with a Lager laced white gravy.
I added a bit of tarragon, garlic and cayenne pepper to switch it up. I tossed the corn in a cilantro lime butter.
Then this morning I couldn't sleep after my neighbors were in a domestic dispute.
" you cheated on me" "I didn't look on your computer" "get out" "leave me alone" kind of dispute.
I decided that I would relish in my dramaless relationship and celebrate by making an Apple Cinnamon Quick bread.
