Porktoberfest DAY 2: Memphis Taproom

I went to Memphis Tap room for breakfast a few weeks ago while a Firkin of Sly Fox 113 ipa was tapped.

And they had a "Philly Rooster" special. I think that's what it was called. I called it heaven
and it looked like this...

Pork Roll, Scrapple, Eggs, toast and homefries
