Porktoberfest Day 6: the rind edition

I went to the Pub and Kitchen last night to finalize our In Pursuit of Ale meeting.
I had a bibb salad with butternut squash, walnuts, greens and escargot.
I also enjoyed a Sly Fox rt. 113. I ran into Dave Marks of North 3rd while I was there and his friend Xavier who is potentially going to give me a recipe for the culmination of Porktoberfest 2008. Stay tuned.

As healthy as I was trying to be ordering a salad and all, I could resist getting the
Chiccarrones fifteen minutes later. These rinds are served with a Limo mojo ( sort of like a mojito sauce). They're $3 and their fantastic.
