This Pork chop was everything you could hope for out of the other white meat
It was a special entree during a fall beer dinner last year in Lance land @ Iron Hill West Chester.
Speaking of which, tonight- 6:00 Lance will be tapping an actual PUMPKIN- like a firkin filled with pumpkin beer. I will be there....if anyone can make it out there... I will give you a ride home. I am assuming no one will contact me about this based on my driving record.
