The Institute (12th and Green) is hosting Cigar City...they'll be pouring drafts of J'ai Ali IPA and Madurra Oatmeal Brown ale. They say that Cigar City is one of the most anticipated breweries to hit PA this year. I remember digging their stuff out at GABF.
