When it comes to convenience-=I'm a CVS gal. There's one right by 11th and Washington and one right by the POPE -that's even 24 hours. It's the only plastic value thing a ma jiggy on my key chain. I tend to save a few bucks here and there. It's clean. The one associate at 11th and Wash even talks to me about beer sometimes.
But yesterday I was in Jerz and there was a Rite Aid next to the Blue Monkey in Merchantville.
I stopped in and was like, "What the heck is going on here?"
The place was so unorganized. No one was around except for some guy reading behind the counter. It reminded me of a super corporate version of some general store I was once at in the Catskills.
But what really put it over the top was the 7 aisle blockers in the greeting card section....At that point I turned around and left. I would just have to get my "booze face first signs of aging wrinkle serum" from CVS when I got back to Philly.
