Phoodie dishes: Adam Glickman to leave Monks

Monks - everyone's favorite beer emporium- is undergoing a kitchen switch up in the near future.
The affable Adam Glickman -who's been cooking up moules for Monks for Nine years will be moving on.

Who to take his place? Publican Tom Peters will be managing the kitchen until further notice.

PS: I had great mussels there today. Butternut squash, garlic and sausage.mmmm.
