I made PASTA!

I don't have time to give all the details on my time spent kneading the dough but here are a few pics to prove I cranked out my own pasta yesterday;)

    what kind of pasta maker did you use - the pic looks quite fancy and shiny!

  2. Another 300 batches and you will have paid for the machine. Of course that assumes you include no labor costs. But there is nothing more delicious than fresh pasta.

    PS- I'm on around batch 100.
