March 25th is special to me. In 2005, My first nephew, William, was born.
I remember rushing to Grandview Hospital by Doylestown to meet the lil nugget.
I walked across the hall and saw my older brother staring through a window adoringly.
When I approached, the first thing he said to me was, "meet my son."
At that point in my life- I had never been in love at first sight.
I took one look at him and I instantly loved him with everything I had.
Usually love grows through time spent with someone. We were at about 5 seconds- he was an hour old and he was already one of my favorite people on the planet.
Today he's painting pottery, going for doughnuts, visiting a castle, making a tye dye shirt and have dinner.
I called him to wish him a happy birthday. And he said, "Is this Aunt Suzy? Are you bringing me a present?"
I don't know if he needs one more car or train or dinosaur.
I don't know what I could possibly get him to match the gift he's been to me.
