My first meat-= Easter Brunch at Supper

I kept changing what I wanted my first meat in forty days to be (except the brewers plate).
I decided on Friday - I would make ressies at Supper for Easter Brunch.
They do a $45 prefix- four courses including dessert- and it includes coffee (french press no less!)

The food came out quickly, precisely timed and was prepared and served with most capable hands.

Chef Prensky sent us out sourcream doughnuts stuffed with a decadent cream with a lil accent of lemon.

I snacked on a few deviled eggs (the best deviled eggs in the world).  One had pastrami and black truffles, another was prepared with Sriracha.

I followed them with a little bibb salad-with  lardons, citrus, and a zippy dressing.

Then we  get into the meat-=

I went with the Easter Ham- which was actually a smoked pork shoulder over a jalapeno jelly served with bacon braised greens and cornbread.
On the side- I wanted to try his housemade Sausage Patties.  They were served with warm maple syrup.
Oh soooo good.

My dining companions all ordered different entrees as you can see.  We had an Eggs Benny, a Skate Wing with Clams, and French Toast on the table.

Just when I don't think I can have another bite- the dessert menu comes out.

As much as I loved the banana bread pudding - go with the Berry Cobbler.

And yes Go-=  Sure you'll drop about 60-70 a head depending on how many mimosas you throw back- but regret will not be a word in your day's vocabulary.

You will have one of the best brunches of the year.  I know I did.
