Today is Tom Buananno's a.k.a. Tommy Banana's big day.
He's been a major force in the beer industry for years now, currently specialty beers at Muller Dist.
If you ever go into a place like Amis, Parc, Oesteria or James and see Brooklyn, YARDS, Flying Fish and Stoudts- he's got something to do with it.
