Farm to Fork week in South Jersey- going on now.

We're in the midst of South Jersey's Farm to Fork Week. (July 18-24)

Participating restaurants are featuring 4 courses for $35.
The focus is on Jersey fresh ingredients....I saw a lot of corn, peaches, and blueberries being used on various menus.

And two restaurants are even throwing some BEER recipes using Flying Fish.
