Anastasis got crabs and CRAFT!

I've lived in the Italian Market area for over a year and haven't had Anastasis Seafood since the day I moved. Jenny "raging panda" Hobbs dad bought 100 clams for us to eat.  Which may not have been the best choice considering we didn't even have paper towels for our buttered up digits.

But a few weeks ago my friend Wendy was singing it's praises and I figured I would give it a shot.
The crabcake rocked very little filler and the place wasn't quite as fishy as I thought it would be.  You get that initial- "I'm eating in a fishmarket" aroma...but then you sorta forget about it.

There is a dining room encased in glass separate from the market. It's the perfect place to eat if you're walking the market on a hot day.

Better yet- they have craft beer. I went for some prawns-who knew I'd end up on a sales call?
I saw that they had YARDS and Flying Fish on draft.  Only having 6 lines in South Philly- with 2 being craft---that was a feat for our industry.

It's not that expensive either. During lunch a soup and sandwich deal will take you for ten.
