Beer Dinners continue at CHIFA. Troegs--- Thursday Dec. 16th!

CHIFA hosted Iron Hill in November.  I tweeted between bites.  I had the most amazing stew of my life. How sweet the sound of conversation surrounding the slurping of root vegetables, chorizo, braised beef and rabbit loin.  Our entire table was talking about how each spoonful provided a different taste. 

Lance Romance was particularly excited because beer dinners usually keep him within his four walls with a sold-out dining room at Iron Hill in Maple Shade.  This time he got to team up with Natalie Maronski, Chef de Cuisine at CHIFA.  The pairing of his Rising Sun, a Sorachi Ace hopped beer, and her hopuka Ceviche was an evening favorite.  Which is quite a statement considering the report card of four solid A courses.


Thursday, December 16th it's TROEGS turn.
The Troegner brothers are trekking east from Harrisburg.  7 pm $65 Plus tax and gratuity.  I can't make it- I will be at Standard Tap toasting my ladies beer club on another year of drinking beer well done.  But what a great Christmas present for your favorite beer/ Jose Garces lover. If not for the award-winning beer, or the nationally recognized cuisine of CHIFA, chances are beer ambassador, Nick Johnson, is most likely to get drunk on Mad Elf sitting at the round table behind a sexy beaded curtain. Tis the season. Oh wait- that's every season.
