Great Lakes vs. Sly Fox Smackdown at French Quarter Bistro this Wed.

This post if for the Chester County Folk.  There's a great cajun-creole inspired resto-bar in Royersford- the French Quarter Bistro. In the side room they have the most  craft-devoted lineup in the area (other than Sly Fox brewpub of course).

Mark Weinman from Great Lakes will join me and the Sly Fox crew as we go head to head with our beers.
The chef tried to get as close as he could to matching up the styles...so you can compare the GL make to the SF take.
