Even more bacon- Beer Dinner with Dock St. and Twenty Manning

There is some chatter out there that bacon has been trendy too long and needs to go away.
 I disagree. And so does Dock St. and Twenty Manning whom are teaming up for a "Bacon Beer Dinner" on Tuesday, May 24th.

Here's the menu. Some beers have yet to be determined.

There are three seatings.  Hope they fill 'em.

1st Course- Chicharrone Trio, Light & crispy deep fried pork skin served with a trio of sauces: Chipotle Red, Avocado Crema, Apple Mustard
Beer pairing yet to be selected
2nd Course- Cinnamon Braised Pork Belly accompanied with watermelon, Kasseri cheese and a red wine vinaigrette
Beer pairing yet to be selected

3rd Course- Crispy Pork Croutons accompanied with potato rosti, endive salad with a hot bacon cider dressing and a poached egg
Served with Dock Street Saison

4th Course- Brandied Cherry Ice Cream Sandwich, Soft chocolate cookie, homemade brandied cherry ice cream sprinkled with maple bacon
Served with Dock Street Man Full of Trouble Porter
