Hill Farmstead Deal @ Oyster House- tomorrow

If you didn't already know- Oyster House does brunch every SATURDAY.

This Saturday is a bit special for fans of Hill Farmstead.  Beginning at 11:30, they will be tapping the Vermont brewery's Edward, and American Pale Ale (named for brewer/owner Shawn Hills' grandfather) and Everett, a porter. This porter, named for his grandfather's brother, is unfiltered and naturally carbonated.  If you've never had it- it's a real treat for roasted malt lovers.

Both beers are going out to guests at only $5 and Oyster House will be serving complimentary Catfish Po Boy sliders.

Other brunch offerings include Johnny Cakes, shellfish sausage and maple creme fraiche, Shrimp and Grits with poached egg and spicy shrimp sauce, Smoked Fishcake Hash- which is house smoked whitefish and sunny side eggs AND a Hangtown Fry with eggs, fried oysters, and bacon. Oh you want  a Benedict? They have that too- with smoked salmon, swiss chard and bearnaise sauce.

11:30- 3:00 pm
