Smoke and Beards, Fluxus '12 (Belgian golden with green and pink peppercorns), Hugh Malone (our hoppiest annual effort) and WHITE will all be tapped.
Dishes will be available from the cookbook.
One being the smoked pork loin and the other being fried oysters.
