It's always fun when New Beers enter into the market. Last last Tuesday ( yes, I am way behind on posting this) Ithaca made a splash on our city's beer scene as Brewmaster, Jeff O'Neill and owner Dan Mitchell brought the "Spirit of the Fingerlakes" to 13th and Drury at Mcgillins. They invited Bar owners, managers, and tenders, beer writers, and local brewers to come celebrate their arrival.

Every year Harpoon Brewery hosts a "Brewery to Brewery" Bike Ride. Where those ambitious enough can do an organized ride from Harpoon in Boston, to Harpoon in Windsor, VT. Lance has been doing it for about 7 years. They changed the route this year...And the poor lad had to ride 147 miles, with 6 of those being a constant incline. Ouch.
